Pumpkin Milkshake

November 1, 2015 By Laura 1 Comment

=Honestly, I didn’t think this would work.

I wanted a drink with tastes of fall — pumpkin and spices and things like that. But I wanted a cold drink for once, instead of all the warm drinks I normally have about now. A milkshake seemed like the way to go, but I didn’t know if it would work with…pumpkin.

I’m not a huge cold pumpkin sort of person. I like pumpkin breads and muffins and things, but pumpkin pie? Meh.

But man, oh sake’s alive — this pumpkin milkshake was good.

This pumpkin milkshake is tasty and delicious and makes the perfect fall milkshake!

It doesn’t have that weird pumpkin texture that pie does. But it’s got a lovely combination of spices and pumpkin and whipped cream (natch) and it all just works.

Pumpkin shakes. Maybe the new Thanksgiving dessert? Let’s do it.
