Yesterday, we went hiking, and on a fall color drive through the mountains, and when we got home we all climbed into our jammies, ordered a pizza, and went to bed.
And so today we did…nothing.
I mean, obviously we did some things. But nothing planned. No outings. No creative stuff together.

I think sometimes we make things hard on ourselves. We plan trips and crafts and activities and we try to manufacture moments and make memories when really, some days, we should just chill. And hang out with each other. And enjoy a day of rest together. Doing nothing.
