Kids love to cook. And now that we’re doing more inside-cooking these chilly days, I find myself with a lot of little helpers in the kitchen. One of their favorite meals to make is pizza. There are so many kid-friendly jobs to do — rolling the dough. Grating cheese. Cutting olives (with a butter knife!). “Painting” the sauce onto the dough. And sprinkling the ingredients over the top. It’s all fun and safe and a great way to get them helping out at mealtime. And it helps that everyone loves to eat it! We make our pizza dough in a breadmaker — here’s our recipe:
