I’m mostly a dark chocolate lover. Milk- and white-chocolate are both too sweet for me (apparently I’m a lady with a tendency towards the dark and bitter. Ahem.)
I like this white hot chocolate recipe, however, because the gingerbread spice keeps it from being too sweet and gives it a little kick. And my kids give it a big thumbs up. Here it is:
Gingerbread White Hot Chocolate:
1 mug milk
2 Tb white chocolate chips
1 tsp Gingerbread Spice Mix
Heat milk and white chocolate chips and stir until melted (I like to do it this way). Stir in Gingerbread Spice Mix. Drink up!
